Fantastic rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views, and the market vibes on Sundays were a blast! My stay was good.

The location was superb, central but in a pedestrianised square so no traffic noise - wonderful boutique shops and Sunday market and loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from, perfect for a short stay.

Perfect spot for a Pollenca getaway 🇪🇸
The staff were lekker and super friendly. Brekkie was a highlight, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice-such a treat! Getting to the roof terrace for those views was just the cherry on top!
Got a bit confused at check-in-no traditional reception. A bit of a jol trying to figure it out.

I enjoyed spending time here. My stay was wonderful for one night at the hotel before moving on for a week in Puerto Pollenca on the 29th June 2012. It was based in really great building in a marvellous and beautiful location, adjacent to all the shops. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. The room was good-sized and newly renovated and the view of the town was magnificent!

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The views from my room were enchanting, with a splendid perspective of the main square. The staff's warmth and approachability really enhanced my experience.
The morning noises from the square disrupted sleep, especially early deliveries and market preparations. Parking was quite a hassle due to the narrow streets surrounding the hotel.

A truly excellent and memorable stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and just so welcoming it was like staying in somebody's home. Our room was beautifully appointed and had a great balcony which overlooked the delightful square. We wanted a few days rest and recuperation and that's exactly what we got. The food was excellent too, breakfast delicious and varied and we had dinner two nights too which was exceptional on both occasions. Service impeccable and also very friendly. Bar prices very reasonable too even before you are afforded a 10% residents' discount. All in all a great experience and would thoroughly recommend.Thank you

The staff and hotel owner were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated on the main town square, an ideal location, taking breakfast and dinner outside in the square was very pleasant. The hotel has been in the same family since 1907, and Joan and his staff genuinely seem to care about their guests.
Nothing to complain about. For example, they respond to your requests. When I mentioned having some fruit for breakfast, it was provided next day.

Rooftop jacuzzi views, Charming characterful decor, Prime square location
The noise disturbances from early morning deliveries could easily ruin your sleep!!! It would be better if room amenities included a full tea/coffee setup and ironing boards for convenience!!!

The location in the main square made it easy for our family to explore Pollenca, especially during the lively Sunday market. The rooftop terrace was a hit with the kids, offering fine views and a relaxed vibe. The generous breakfasts fueled our adventures each day.
My children wished there were more family-friendly activities available.
